Lynette Tenaglia Memorial Run

The Lynette Tenaglia Memorial Run will take place over three days, from May 21 through May 24, 2026, and 100% of the proceeds will go to Lynette’s Love Foundation. Lynette Tenaglia was known for always putting others first; her life was never about herself or her diagnosis, but about helping her community. Although Lynette isn’t with us anymore, let’s keep her legacy alive through others, through her name and the charity established in her memory. Join us at McCourtie Park in Somerset Township, Cement City, MI, for four days of beautiful scenic running. Enjoy car camping, nearby campgrounds, top-notch facilities, and stunning views. The 6.5-mile course features varied terrain, 45% asphalt, 45% gravel, and 10% grass with minimal elevation. A main aid station is located at the start/finish, and local favorite Mama G’s catering will provide delicious food for runners. Feel free to set up your own tent for rest, sleep, or longer stays. Remember, only fully completed laps count toward your total distance. Live participant tracking is included. All proceeds will be generously donated to charity. Your participation truly makes a difference in others' lives. Every participant will receive a medal, and solo competitors who complete 100M or more will receive a buckle. Only first-place participants will receive a handmade award. Please note that there are NO refunds, and any participant caught littering will receive an automatic DNF. Special Needs Participants are encouraged and welcomed at no charge. RACE DETAILS: It is a timed event format lasting 24, 48, or 72 hours, during which you record the maximum distance you can cover within your chosen duration while running, walking, or hiking.
