Loop The Lake

Loop The Lake Ultramarathon Volume 5!!! It will be held Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 7:00am at Munroe Falls Metro Park. This race features an option for everyone, with ultra distances being the 6 Hour and the 50k, or just normal distances of the 25k or 4 person, 50k relay. The 6 hour and 50k runners will begin at 7:00am and the 25k & Relay will begin at 8:00am. The transition areas will be the same as last year, keeping the Relay folks separate through the timing mats from the solo racers. If you are new to this race, here are the basics: -This is a 1.3 mile looped road course throughout a beautiful metro park. 25k Race=12 loops, 50k Race=24 loops. The relay teams may choose any way they wish to complete their 24 loops, as long as they switch at the exchange zone. -Athlete's Village... which looks more like a tent city at Woodstock, is designed to help everyone out during the race. Whether you are a solo racer or a team relay, you are invited to set up a little camp site for yourselves to utilize before, during, and after the race. This is a great place to drop clothes, gloves, etc... and to pick up any specific fuel you may need. It's also a super fun area for your teammates, friends, and family members to hang at to watch you loop by. -There will be a huge aid station full of snacks, nutrition, and hydration... and pizza! -SWAG!!!
