L.O.O.P. Run

Amazement Square and Centra Autism Center invite you to join us for the 2nd Annual L.O.O.P. (Lynchburg's Optimistic Outstanding Peoples) Run on Sunday, April 19, 2026. The ¼-mile race is designed for runners who benefit from an accessible and sensory-friendly race environment. The course has a gentle uphill start, setting runners up for a fast finish. Participants are encouraged to complete this ¼ mile event in the way that best meets their needs, including running, walking, or utilizing assistive devices. Each participant may have two support people accompany them on the racecourse. Registered participants and their families are invited to explore Amazement Square at the conclusion of the run. Date: April 19, 2026 Location: Amazement Square (27 9th Street, Lynchburg, VA 24504) Distance: 1/4 Mile Start Time: 1:30 p.m. Packet Pickup: Sunday, April 19, 12:30 - 1:15 p.m. at Amazement Square T-Shirt: Event t-shirt guaranteed before April 10th registration. A limited number of additional shirts will be available on a first-come basis at packet pickup. Awards: Medals will be awarded to all registered participants.
