Lewisburg Sprint Triathlon

Rise Up Racing & Buffalo Valley Recreation Authority (BVRA) are excited to partner to bring back this event to our community. Come out and enjoy this family friendly sprint triathlon in the beautiful Lewisburg area. This early season race welcomes all first-timers and experienced triathletes. With a outdoor pool swim in the Lewisburg Area Recreation Park, to a rolling scenic 15-mile bike loop, to a flat out & back fast 5k course- this course has everything! You don’t want to miss the chance to race this course. Distances: 300 yard outdoor pool swim, 15 mile rolling bike ride (roads not closed), 5k flat out and back course. Course Maps Who can register?: Relays (2-3 person teams) & individual athletes 12 & Older. All registered athletes are welcome to come out on Friday May 29th 6pm at West End Park of the Lewisburg Area Recreation Park to ask all your questions by USAT certified coach and Race Director Robin Barth. Learn about the course, how to best do transitions, and also get your bike checked out! There will be a short transition and bike maintenance demonstrations. Athlete Guide: Click here to access the Athlete GuideRace Schedule Saturday May 30th: Event Parking is @ the parking lot near The BVRA Ice Rink off St. Lawrence St. and overflow parking will be at the Miller Center Address: 120 Hardwood Dr. 5am- 6:30am packet pick up and bike racking6:30am- 7:30am swim warm ups, pool opens7:45am- Transition Area Closes to all participants8am start, staggered start by 20 seconds between each racer, racers ordered by their swim pace (submitted in registration)9am finish line party begins with food trucks and celebration. Athletes will receive after post-race food.11am awards will be given out top Male & Female overall, Top 3 relay teams, and the following age groups 1st-3rd Male & Female: 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+ NO refunds provided for this event.
