Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Run

Please join the Pfrimmer Family and the Rochester and Stout Running Communities in the third annual Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Run and Walk on Saturday, August 15th, 2026. All proceeds from this event will go to the Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Scholarship, supporting students who ran track and field and/or cross country in high school with a preference to students who are still running while pursuing a post-secondary degree. This event and scholarship were created in loving memory of Lance Pfrimmer, who we lost far too soon. His friends & family created this event to honor his memory and continue his legacy of sportsmanship, positivity, and athleticism. The event on August 15th will start and end at the Eagle's Aerie #2228 (917 15th Ave SE, Rochester, MN 55904) and consists of two distances: an 8K Run and a 1 Mile Walk. Additional information will be added here as things are confirmed. SWAG will be included, but is still being determined. NEW THIS YEAR: Race Registration price will be lower and will NOT include a shirt. You may OPT-IN to purchase a shirt if you'd like. Please make sure to select this option when you register. Shirts may be purchased for an additional fee through the end of July (exact cut-off date TBD). You MUST purchase a shirt before the cut-off to receive a shirt at packet pick up or on race day. A limited number of additional shirts will be available to purchase on race day - no guarantee on sizes or availability! Participants will enjoy post-run refreshments as well as the option to purchase food and beverages from the Eagle's Club. There will also be a silent auction.
