Knox County Triathlon, Duathlon and Super Triathlon

17TH ANNUAL SPRINT TRIATHLON & DUATHLON hosted by the Vincennes City Parks and Recreation Department in historic Vincennes, Indiana invites men, women and children, age 9 and older, to swim-bike-run, run-bike-run or NEW this year the Super Triathlon which is a Swim-Bike-Run-Swim-Bike-Run. This event challenges all, whether a beginner or experienced athlete, to experience the thrill of the finish line! Starting and concluding at Gregg Park, the course includes swimming at Vincennes’ Rainbow Beach Aquatic Center, biking a flat to gentle rolling route to Fritchton and back; and running the neighborhoods bordering the park. The funds raised from this event are used for the betterment of Vincennes Parks! Triathlon: 200 Meter Swim - 10 Mile Bike - 5K Run NEW! Super Triathlon: 200 Meter Swim - 10 Mile Bike - 5K Run -200 Meter Swim - 10 Mile Bike - 5K Run Duathlon: 5K Run - 10 Mile Bike - 5K Run ​ Divisions: Individual Triathlon Team Triathlon (2 or 3 person ) Individual Duathlon Team Duathlon (2 or 3 person ) Youth Division Triathlon/Duathlon ( Ages 13-18 Individual) Family Division: youth ages 9-12 with one or two adults ( adult and youth must stay together for bike and run)
