I Run for Girls 5K Run/Walk 2026

Join Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey for the annual I Run for Girls 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, September 21 at 9 AM at the scenic Orange Reservoir in West Orange. Open to participants of all ages and abilities-including runners, walkers, families with strollers, and individuals using wheelchairs-this USATF-sanctioned community event supports Girl Scout Heart of New Jersey programs that serve more than 13,000 members from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Enjoy a beautiful lakeside course, a custom event t-shirt and medal, and the uplifting spirit of Girl Scout troops cheering you on every step of the way. Whether you run, walk, or roll, your participation helps fund programs that build courage, confidence, and character in the next generation of changemakers.
