HOW Strong 5K Benefiting Hearing the Ovarian Cancer Whisper WHEN: Saturday September 26, 2026 in Dreher Park South, West Palm Beach TIME: 7:30AM start WHERE: Dreher Park South, West Palm Beach | West Palm Beach Join us on September 26 for the HOW Strong 5K , a race for runners and walkers of all ages, held at Dreher Park South in West Palm Beach, Florida. The event features a scenic 5K (3.1-mile) course winding through Dreher Park. Proceeds benefit Hearing the Ovarian Cancer Whisper (H.O.W.), an organization dedicated to empowering women through education, advocacy, and research to support early detection and improved outcomes for ovarian cancer. After the race, participants are invited to enjoy a post-run snack and awards ceremony. All registered runners will receive a men’s or women’s event shirt.
