Henry Ford Race to Health

Join us for our 42nd Annual Henry Ford Jackson Race to Health on Sunday, September 13th, 2026 at the beautiful Cascades Park in Jackson. Here’s the run down! ALL 5k participants receive a FINISHERS MEDAL! 5K Run at 8:00 am 5K Walk at 8:05 am Kids Fun Run (ages 3 - 12) at 9:00 am ( Kids get a FREE “Run Wild” tie dye T-shirt and Finishers Medal) ) Team Relay - For those that don't want to compete in the 5k join a 4 person relay team. Each member will run a 1/2 mile around the baseball field. This is an un-timed event, just for FUN! Each member is $25 and receives a t-shirt (if registered by the t-shirt deadline). No awards for this event. Plus! T-shirts for everyone who registers by August 28th. Sizes available after that date as supplies last. Prize money for top overall and master winners Medals for top 3 winners in each age group Pricing: $30 until 8/31, $35 from 9/1 until 9/12. Race day is $45. Register by August 28th to secure a t-shirt in your size! Limited shirts available for late registrations. Course Information: See tab at the top of the page - COURSE MAP Early Packet Pickup: Will be held on Saturday, September 12th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the race location, Cascades Park in Jackson Race Day Packet Pickup: Race day morning starting at 7:00 am at the race start/finish area and will remain open until the 5k walk starts. Proceeds: Support the Henry Ford Health community wellness programs Results are live and texted to you after you cross the finish line.
