HauseNation Red Oak 5k

BoxHause Rocky Mount Boxing & Fitness LLC will be presenting the 2026 HauseNation Red Oak 5k on March 28th, 2026 benefitting Nash UNC Health Foundation Community Paramedic Program. Who are we? BoxHause Rocky Mount is the standard for group fitness in eastern North Carolina. We specialize in 60 minute and 45 minute HIIT Strength Boxing, HYROX Training, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and MixxedFit classes offered at HQ! Our 2026 HauseNation Red Oak 5k will bring fitness to the front door of our community. A percentage of all proceeds will go directly to Nash UNC Health Foundation Community Paramedic Program. The community paramedic program directly impacts members of our community lowering recidivism for recent hospital releases deemed necessary. This race will include a Kids Fun run and Timed 5k for runners and walkers.
