Halloween Hustle

The Crim is teaming up with Genesee County Parks to host the Halloween Hustle 5K and Kids’ Trick-or-Trot inside the historic Crossroads Village. This fall-themed event, which aligns itself with Crossroads Village’s Ghosts and Goodies season, will offer plenty of fun before, during, and after the race itself, and costumes are encouraged! Participants can choose from a 5K run or walk, which will be immediately followed by a 1/4 or 1/2 mile Trick or Trot youth race. Participants can expect a fast course through the decorated historic village on a mixture of improved dirt roads. All finishers will receive a long-sleeve custom tech shirt and 4” Crossroads-inspired finisher’s medal. Those who register also will enjoy on-course aid, fall-themed finish line refreshments, and a post-race beverage tent, for those who are 21 and over. Finally, event participants can take a free ride on the carousel with a paid park admission. Awards will be given for runners and walkers, male and female, based on age group - but awards will also be given in a number of different costume categories.
