Event Description: Hallett Iron Ranger Short Course, featuring: 500-yard swim12-mile spin bike 3-mile treadmill or elliptical run Important Details: Hallett Iron Ranger Short Coarse Race will start with swimming to bike to run. Swimming in 25YD pool.Biking on Spin Bike set at gear 12.Runners can choose from Treadmill incline 1.5 or Elliptical Level 12. Transitions will be included in your total time for Hallett Iron Ranger Short Coarse.A virtual option is available to be completed between February 14-20, 2026. To participate virtually schedule a day and time with karen.yineman@hfit.com. Participants can complete the event at Hallett Center or any facility of their choice. Report your time using a fitness app or schedule a day and time to complete the triathlon at Hallett Center to be timed.
