Welcome to the 17th Annual Hagerstown Triathlon! Designed for all levels, the Hagerstown Sprint and Youth Triathlon is staged at Halfway Park in Hagerstown, MD. Just 25 minutes from Frederick, MD and 90 minutes from Baltimore and DC, this is a great course for the beginner or the experienced triathlete who wants to go fast! ​ Youth - July 5 (evening) Ages 7-8: 50 Meter Swim (Pool), 1.5 Mile Bike, .75 Mile Run Ages 9-10: 100 Meter Swim (Pool), 1.5 Mile Bike, .75 Mile Run Ages 11-12: 100 Meter Swim (Pool), 3 Mile Bike, 1.5 Mile Run Ages 13-15: 150 Meter Swim (Pool), 3 Mile Bike, 1.5 Mile Run ​ Sprint - July 6 300 Meter Swim (Pool), 10 Mile Bike, 3.1 Mile Run ​ Aquabike - July 6 300 Meter Swim (Pool), 10 Mile Bike
