Parking at Crows Woods ITINERARY Thursday December 3 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM - Packet Pickup at the Haddon Fortnightly Building , 301 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, NJ 08033 (located on the corner of Kings Highway and Grove St.) The earlier you pickup your swag bag - the more likely you are to get extra goodies! Friday December 4 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM - Packet Pickup at the Haddon Fortnightly Building , 301 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, NJ 08033 (located on the corner of Kings Highway and Grove St.) The earlier you pickup your swag bag - the more likely you are to get extra goodies! Saturday December 5 (RACE DAY) 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM - Check in, packet pick-up, and race-day registration (online only, no cash) 8:30 AM - Costume Contest 8:40 AM - Pre-race stretching by Movement Revolution 9:00 AM - Race starts After the race, post-race stretching by Movement Revolution . AWARDS All Overall Awards will be scored on gun time. All Age Group and Team Awards will be scored on chip time. Overall : Top 3 – Male/Female Age Groups : Top 3 – Male/Female 15 and Under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and Over Holiday Costume contest – prizes for top 3 winners Cross Country Challenge – for high school teams SWAG Shirts and Medals - The first 475 registered participants will receive long sleeved tech shirts. All participants will receive a custom designed snowflake medal. Food and Drinks - Post-race refreshments will be provided at the end of the race, including homemade cookies, hot chocolate, water, Gatorade and coffee.
