Good Soul 5k

The Good Soul 5k's purpose is not only to promote the exponential benefits of running and friendship, but to promote ALL things good for health. Our mission is to connect with as many kids and adults as we can to finally send home the message that being healthy and happy go hand in hand. By offering free workouts on all of my social media platforms, and free pop-up workouts in our community, it is my hope that everyone will be healthier and happier than ever before. Let our message be that health is happiness. Doing something good is being someone good.
