FYMO's 7th "Giving to Live" 5K Cancer Run/Walk

Join us for FYMO’s 7th “Giving to Live” 5K Cancer Run/Walk — an inspiring and energetic event to honor, support, and celebrate those affected by cancer. Happening end of summer, this fun, family-friendly run/walk invites individuals, families, co-workers, and community groups to come together for a meaningful cause. At the event, you’ll find educational resources about cancer awareness, opportunities to celebrate survivors, and moments to honor loved ones we’ve lost. All proceeds directly benefit cancer patients and those in recent remission! If someone you know has been touched by cancer, we invite you to walk or run in their honor! Where Your Support Goes: Fashion Your Mind Organization is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Funds raised are distributed directly to local and regional cancer patients to assist with: Medication costs Living expenses Transportation needs Supportive services Home care Event details and schedule 🏃‍♂️ Location: Los Alamitos Creek Trail at Almaden Lake Park, San Jose, CA 🏅 Highlights: Top 5 runners recognized (non-competitive event) Individual and Team Fundraising Awards 1st Place Awards for Top Male & Female 5K Finishers 🎉 Wellness Expo: Vendor booths with free screenings, information, and samples Entertainment for the whole family Live music Children's craft activities Kid’s Fun Run (ages 10 & under) Free T-shirts and swag bags (while supplies last) Raffle prizes KIDS FUN RUN Children aged 10 and under are invited to join the Kid’s Fun Run ! Every registered child will receive: A youth-size event T-shirt A fun craft to take home A special finisher’s prize! Children who raise a minimum of $50 will earn an additional prize. Top youth fundraisers will win bonus prizes!
