Fox Lake Sprint Triathlon

The 8th Annual USAT Sanctioned Fox Lake Sprint Triathlon Swim in Nippersink Lake with a 750 yard triangle course - 2 inflatable duck turns and a swan finish. The 12 mile bike route has a few rollers and some straight shots to get up some speed. The 3.1 mile run is an out and back course with over 2 miles on a paved bike path. Great spectator event in and around the course. Typically wetsuit legal, always no draft bike, and flat and fast run.
