Foster5K + Kids Dash

The 10th Annual Foster5K + Kids Dash Sunday, May 17, 2026 The Foster5k is a cornerstone event in Silicon Valley dedicated to championing the cause of foster children in Santa Clara County. All proceeds support Child Advocates of Silicon Valley (CASV) and its Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program, dedicated to providing everlasting impact on our community's most vulnerable youth. The Foster5K features a chip-timed race and a Kids Dash, making the event enjoyable for walkers, joggers, and runners of all ages. The Kids Dash is a fun-filled event designed just for kids! This untimed fun run features a 700 meter Big Kids Dash for youth ages 6 to 10 and a 250 meter Little Kids Dash for children ages 5 and under. The Kids Dash focuses on fun, movement, and participation. Whether sprinting, jogging, or skipping to the finish line, everyone can have a good time and support our community's foster youth along the way. See you there! All proceeds benefit Child Advocates of Silicon Valley, an independent nonprofit serving our community's most vulnerable youth - foster children aged birth to 21 years old who have experienced abuse, neglect and/or abandonment.
