Folsom Lake Triathlon

Sunday, May 10, 2026 | Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA The Folsom Lake Sprint and Super Sprint Triathlons take place at beautiful Granite Beach, Folsom Lake, each featuring a lake swim, scenic road bike on country roads and a beautiful trail run. The Sprint and Super Sprint distance triathlons are USAT sanctioned. Included for each competitor is a swim cap, post race refreshments and custom Folsom Lake Triathlon running hat. Commemorative Folsom Lake Triathlon race t-shirts are available for $20 when ordered before May 4th.
