Earth Day 5K & Fun Run

Run for the Park on Earth Day! Join us in beautiful Patterson Park for a feel-good, do-good morning at our Earth Day 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run! Whether you’re racing for a PR or strolling in costume as your favorite park animal, this event is all about celebrating nature, community, and giving back. The timed 5K kicks off at 8:30 AM with Road and Trail Events handling chip timing, followed by our family-friendly 1-mile fun run. Stick around after the finish line for breakfast, music, and hands-on volunteer activities like mulching, weeding, and park cleanup. Every step you take (and dollar raised!) supports Friends of Patterson Park’s stewardship programs that keep this historic green space thriving.
