Deaf-initely Can 5K & Fun Run

The Deaf-initely Can 5K and Fun Run is a run/walk event that benefits students attending the Wichita Falls Regional Day School Program for the Deaf. Your participation supports: Field trips for preschoolers–seniors to build vocabulary from real-life experiences, Extra learning materials for teachers, students, and families throughout the year, Workshops for parents and educators to improve communication strategies and support, Transportation for students to attend Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing activities, Technology like Hearing Assistive Technology to help students thrive in the classroom, Social events to help students build lifelong friendships and peer support, And fulfilling other critical program needs as they arise throughout the year. The Wichita Falls Regional Day School Program for the Deaf serves over 100 Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students across Region 9, including Wichita Falls ISD, Burkburnett ISD, and neighboring SSAs.
