TREAD*HEAD [tred’hed’], (also tread-head) An individual or group of individuals who ride bicycles, or a group of individuals who dress up in costume and motivate bicyclists at RECHARGE ZONES, on or around the Halloween Holiday, in the spirit of the Day of the Dead tradition; (wearing sugar skulls, skeletons, costumes), in other words, having a great time celebrating the end of the cycling season.
