Check out their link in the section below! ‘80s Ice is an independent, family-owned LLC founded in 2023 by Evie Paserba and Madi McGarrah - two students from Butler Senior High School who are members of the Butler High School Track & Field and Cross Country teams. "Our business model is simple. Serve authentic Hawaiian-style shave ice while creating a fun and memorable ‘80s-style experience for our customers." - Evie & Madi 2K (run or walk) Early bird: Now-May 24; $30 (Guarantees t-shirt) Regular: May 25-June 20; $35 Day-of: $35, cash or check only 5 Mile (5 milers MUST run; cutoff time is 10:30 AM ) Early bird: Now-May 24; $40 (Guarantees t-shirt) Regular: May 25-June 20; $45 Day-of: $45, cash or check only Kids 17 and Under 2k: $15 5 Mile: $20 RACE INFORMATION We will have water stations along the course but we encourage you to bring your own water to ensure you stay extra hydrated. Please note that the roads along the course will be closed and patrolled by local CB Rangers and City Police. If there is an emergency, call 9-1-1. Packet Pick-Up will be on Saturday morning, at Diamond Park, starting at 7:30 a.m. (There will NOT be any early packet pick up at the YMCA this year.) ALL PACKETS REMAINING AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT WILL BE DONATED. Packets will not be stored for pick-up at a later date. Day-of registration will be available from 7:30AM–9AM in Diamond Park. The Annual Support Campaign funds programs and services for children, families, and seniors in Butler County to ensure that everyone, regardless of age, income, and background, can learn, grow, and thrive. If events are canceled for any reason, no refunds will be offered, and no rain date is scheduled. No deferrals or transfers are offered.
