Boogie Nights Summer Run Series - Ventura

Welcome to the 16th edition of the Boogie Nights Summer Run Series presented by the Ventura Running Club. This is a fun Wednesday Night Run Series taking place from May 20th - July 22nd at the Ventura Promenade starting in front of Aloha Steakhouse and The Crowne Plaza. The Event will be chip-timed! We highly recommend you register in advance which will speed up the check-in process. You can sign up on-site each week for $17 (plus a processing fee that goes to the registration company) All Series 5K participants will get a free Boogie Nights Event Shirt and will have the option during registration to add on a meal/ drink. Individual Night Sign-ups can pre-purchase a shirt or meal/drink. A great way to get in shape and have fun while raising money for the local High School Cross Country Teams. Over the past 11 years we have raised over $50,000 for the program. Last year we raised close to $10,000. When? Every Wednesday Night from May 20th - July 22nd Kids 1K - 6:00PM 5K - 6:20PM Check-In & Race Day Registration - 5:15pm - 6:15pm Where? The Ventura Promenade starting in front of Aloha Steakhouse and The Crowne Plaza. That parking lot has had damage and has very limited parking and we want to leave that available for customers of Aloha Steakhouse, Crown Plaza, and Beach House Fish. We would recommend parking in the free City lot on Santa Clara St between California St and Chestnut and then walking down California St to the race. Why? A Fun way to spend a Wednesday Evening while raising money for Buena Cross Country. We are excited to get back to our summer run series and hope you join us in 2026. Awards We do not have individual night awards but do have series awards for the top 3 in each group based on overall series points.
