Badges and Bravery 5K and Kids' Fun Run

Our 7th annual Badges and Bravery 5k! Enjoy the 5k course through Allegan or the Kids Fun Run. We encourage everyone to dress up at their favorite hero! Community friendly event. After the race, please join us for refreshments and delicious food. Family fun for all ages! Your registration includes sign-up fee and a finishing medal, individually designed by children participating in therapy at Safe Harbor. Shirts are available for purchase. Everyone 12 and under who registers for the Fun Run or 5k will be entered into a drawing to win one of our two kids' bikes, one donated generously by Rock 'N' Ride Bikes in South Haven, and the other by a board member. Onsite registrations are welcome on race day, but shirts are not guaranteed. Online Registration closes at 11:59pm on 08/02/2025. In-person registration starts at 8 a.m. on the day of the race for the 5k. All proceeds from the event will provide a lifeline to victims of child abuse and neglect. If you sign up to run after 12pm (noon) on 07/15/2025, we cannot guarantee shirt size availability.
