Shatter the Stigma 5K

Calvert County's Health Department Presents The 9th Annual Shatter the Stigma 5K run/walk!EVENT IS FREE. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR A TIMED BIB. (registration closes April 30, 2026) Participants will run/walk 5K (3.1 miles) the Chesapeake Beach Railroad boardwalk to bring awareness to help shatter the stigma against substance use and mental health disorders. In addition to the race, there will be a "Be Kind to your Mind" health fair at Kellam’s Field with giveaways, games, local resources, food, and fun! Let's bring the community together to raise awareness and help shatter the stigma!
