Ainsley's Angels Heart & Sole

Ainsley's Angels of America is happy to announce the inaugural 2026 Heart & Sole 5K Race with virtual option. Hosted by our Hampton Roads Ambassadorship, we are seeking your support to help us raise awareness of America's special needs and physically challenged community and giving them the gift of mobility. This road race is a family friendly event welcoming all members of the community to run, walk and ROLL with us. COURSE ROUTE Featuring a flat, fast course with a small-town feel. The 5K Run/Walk/Roll is a welcoming course to athletes of all abilities. The route will begin and end at Mount Trashmore located at 310 Edwin Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
