A 5k or 5-Mile run over woodland paths, occasional ankle-deep water and fun. Register by June 10th and get a cap . .. First 10 Father- son/daughter teams in get a special medal. All get 1-free drink of choice at MacIntyres (a block away) afterward (winners lunch on me).. Hand held timing . . ..fun.
